Notice on digital unlocking

Moments pages are not physically shipped. They are unlocked online as a digital service. This notice explains when performance begins and what your checkout consent means.

1. Type of digital service

The ordered page is a personalized digital website with the content and features configured for the product. This may include images, story sections, quiz or reveal functions, RSVP forms, voting features, access protection, and email links.

2. Start of delivery

Delivery begins after successful payment confirmation. For PayPal, this is usually after confirmed capture; for Stripe Managed Payments, after a valid Stripe webhook; and for bank transfer, after confirmed receipt of payment and manual approval.

3. Unlocking and access

After unlocking, you or the ordering person receive the personal link or status and reset links by email. Depending on configuration, the page may also be protected by an access password, admin password, or reveal PIN.

4. Availability and archiving

The digital service is considered provided once the page has been technically activated and is accessible through the personal link. Paid pages generally remain available for 6 months, or 18 months for Wedding Plus. After that, the active page and image folder may be archived or deleted.

5. Consent in checkout

By consenting to immediate digital delivery, you expressly request that we begin performance after successful payment before any withdrawal period may have expired. You also confirm that you understand the effect this may have on your withdrawal right.

6. Effect on withdrawal

Where legally permitted, your right of withdrawal for digital content or digital services may expire once we have begun with your express consent and the service has been fully provided.
